Return Poiicy

At Makhzcart, your satisfaction is our priority.

1. Returns:
   You can return products within  7days of delivery if they are unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items:
   Items on sale, personal care items, or anything marked "non-returnable" cannot be returned.

3. Process:
   To request a return, contact us at email with your order number and reason. We’ll guide you through the steps.

4. Refunds:
   Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

5. Shipping Costs:
   Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
